Mid-2013 the figurative doors were closed for various reasons; constant content related warnings from the webhost, legal issues with some of the content posted, federal law enforcement asking to reveal information about a few users posting inappropriate content, and a few more inconsequential problems. For fear of legal action and the distaste of giving up user information, the servers were secure wiped so that no information was left to share. Other than the threat of destruction of evidence charges, everything slowly disappeared.
